Averil oversaw the redesign of several rooms in a Grade II* listed family home. Averil’s schemes felt modern but respected the property’s history. In the newly-created library, where nothing could be attached to the panelled walls, Averil commissioned a free-standing bookcase with bespoke patina from a local metal-worker.
