Richmond House

Richmond House in the heart of the pretty village of Felixkirk, North Yorkshire has been developed from a small cottage and outbuildings into superb quality, luxury holiday accommodation. As the village is on the edge of the North York Moors National Park there is a wealth of footpaths and cycling trails on the doorstep so the house was designed with an emphasis on homely comfort as a retreat at the end of a day in the outdoors.

The development work included transforming the outbuildings, accessible across the courtyard, into an additional two en-suite bedrooms, to supplement the three bedrooms already in the main house. The sociable farmhouse kitchen is a focal point for the property and the practicalities of rural living have been considered with a large utility space with a separate access.
